The short version: we sell contemporary women's clothing and accessories, we describe them honestly, you buy them knowingly, and everybody's kind about it.

Products

We do our best to show accurate colors and describe fit honestly on every listing. Screens vary, so slight color differences can happen. Stock is limited and moves quickly; adding to your bag doesn't reserve it.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Payment is processed securely at checkout and we never store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Per our Shipping & Returns policy: 14 days from delivery, self-serve, with a prepaid label included. No restocking fees.

Accounts

You're responsible for your login. We may suspend accounts for fraud or abuse.

Liability

Items are sold as described; our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Colorado law governs; venue is Denver County.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account holders in advance.
